Based in the heart of Salento in Puglia, Paolo Leo’s Vinagri winery has been producing DOC and IGT wines since 1989. His aim is to preserve old wine making styles and traditions and ally them with modern wine making processes. The objective is to maintain the typical characteristics of the regions wines and varietals whilst giving them the quality that new methods and technology affords
Paolo Leo:
Primitivo di Manduria is aged for 6 months in oak barriques. It has an intense ruby colour, black cherry and spice aromas with sweet and full, forceful flavours; well balanced with a long finish.
