Maipo is a sub-region of Valle Central and the closest to Chile's capital, Santiago. It is noted for its well balanced red wines and produces some of the country's best Cabernets.
Vina Indomita:
Cantus Reserva Carmenere has concentrated plummy fruit, touches of chocolate and spice and a long velvety finish.
Duette Cabernet/carmenere is a 60/40 blend, oak aged for 10 months. A well structured wine with delicious succulent black fruits, touches of ecalyptus and a long savoury finish.
