Frascati from the Latuim region around Rome and Montepulciano from Abruzzi constitute a pair of easy drinking wines.
Bennati is an old established family winery in the heart of Veneto's winegrowing countryside. It has a long produced the best of the regions wines and has recently expanded to include other varietals and regions.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 'Ca Brigiano'
Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes (not to be confused with the region of Montepulicano in Tuscany). This comes from the coastal and mountain region of Abruzzo, below Le Marche on the eastern side of Italy The grapes are hand harvested and then have long fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is a generous medium bodied red, deep colour and soft rounded fruit.
